Beta terms
Last updated: 4 May 2026 · private beta
The short version
ME360 is in private beta. By using it you accept that things will break, features will change, and we might pause your access if you abuse the system or push us into a compliance corner we’re not ready for. We’ll be straight with you about what works and what doesn’t.
Beta status
ME360 is provided as-is during the beta. There is no SLA, no uptime guarantee, and no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose. We test in production carefully, but you should not rely on ME360 as your system of record for clinical decisions.
Your account
- Keep your credentials secret. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
- One human per login — no shared seats during beta.
- Tell us within 24 hours if you suspect a credential is compromised.
What you put in
You retain ownership of clinic data, lead data, and patient inquiries you import or generate. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to host and process that data so the product can function. Nothing more. We will not train models on your data without an explicit, separately-signed agreement.
What you can't do
- Reverse-engineer the platform or scrape it for competitive use.
- Upload patient data you do not have lawful basis to process.
- Use ME360 to send unsolicited marketing in violation of TRAI / GDPR / HIPAA / DPDP rules.
- Resell access to other practices without a written reseller agreement.
HC360 integration
When ME360 receives patient inquiries from HC360, those rows are processed under HC360’s own privacy terms plus this notice. Patients consent at the point of inquiry. If you turn off HC360 routing, no new inquiries will arrive — existing rows remain in your account until you delete them.
Pricing during beta
Beta access is free. If a paid plan launches, beta participants will get founding-cohort pricing for the lifetime of their subscription, communicated in writing before the price ever applies.
We can pause access
If we have reasonable suspicion of abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms, we can suspend your account immediately and let you know after the fact. We’ll explain why and give you a path back if it’s recoverable.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ME360’s total liability to you under these terms is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the prior 12 months or (b) ₹0 if you’re on a free beta. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
