Privacy notice

ME360 is in private beta. This notice explains what happens to information collected through me360.in and the ME360 application during this period. Once we leave beta and onboard real clinic and patient data at scale, this notice will be replaced with a full data-protection policy, including India DPDP Act and HIPAA-aligned practices.

• Early-access form — clinic name, your name, specialty, work email, the pain point you describe.
• Account data — email, name, role, hashed password, login timestamps.
• Operational data — leads, inquiries, appointments, and patient-tag rows you create or import while using the dashboard.
• Technical logs — IP, user-agent, error traces. Used to debug and to detect abuse.

No third-party advertising trackers. No session-replay tools. No data sold or shared with brokers. We do not run analytics on patient-identifiable health information.

• Decide whether your clinic is a fit for the beta.
• Run the product features you use (lead scoring, inquiries, campaigns).
• Reach out personally when there's a relevant update — no drip sequences.
• Investigate bugs or security incidents.

Data is stored on managed Supabase Postgres (EU-region for app data, region-pinned for any patient data shared via HC360 integrations) and on Vercel for application hosting. Backups are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the founding team and is logged.

We don't sell your data. We share it only with infrastructure subprocessors who keep the product running — currently Supabase, Vercel, Resend (transactional email), and Sentry (error monitoring). If we ever add another subprocessor that handles your data, this page will be updated before they receive any.

You can request a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, or full deletion at any time — email swaraj@me360.in and we will action it within 30 days. Deleting your account removes operational data immediately; encrypted backups roll off on a 30-day cycle.

We use one strictly-necessary auth cookie when you sign in. No tracking cookies.
